HRSA disallows over $2 million dollars in claimed costs by the New Jersey Department of Health on a federal grant

The Health and Human Services Departmental Appeals Board sustains a dis-allowance by the Health Resources and Services Administration of $2,498,819 in claimed costs by the New Jersey Department of Health. The Board found that the New Jersey Department of Health violated the applicable cost principles in administering the federally funded Ryan White HIV/AIDS program.
