Our training workshops focus on the various stages of the grant life cycle including identifying and applying for grants, developing and writing successful grant applications, and managing grant awards. Our workshops are on average 60 minutes in length (with additional time for questions) and therefore will not intrude on your entire workday. Workshop topics include:
   - Developing a Competitive Grant Application Narrative
   - Understanding the Federal Cost Principles
   - Cost Sharing and Matching Funds
   - Developing a property management policy
   - Negotiating a Subcontract under a federal grant award
